Proceedings volume of the IAUS229-ACM2005 will be published by Cambridge University Press within six months after the meeting. In order to be a useful document representing the state of the art in the field, it will contain ONLY the review talks and some selected contributions given at the meeting. Please note that the cost of the volume is included in the registration fee and will be sent to all participants in February 2006.
